Driving a buggy is at your own risk. Please drive with care and caution.

Please prioritize safety and drive at the designated speed.

Dangerous behavior such as zigzag driving and overtaking is prohibited.

Riding on sidewalks within the park is prohibited.

Operation may be canceled or suspended depending on weather and course conditions.

At the discretion of the staff, the operation may be cancelled. In that case, no refunds will be given.

If any damage is caused to facilities, equipment, buggies etc., the driver must pay compensation for the damage.

If you damage the buggy, such as by tipping over or damaging the rental vehicle, you will be required to pay the actual cost of repairs.

If the rental vehicle becomes unusable due to damage, a fee of 20,000 yen will be charged for each week during the repair period.

If a rented vehicle is involved in an accident, the renter will be required to pay any compensation that is not covered by the other party's insurance.
